By law backflow preventors must be tested annually by a certified backflow tester.

“Spurzem makes two; he is the second Rooter-Man plumbing technician to recently become backflow certified. Spurzem came to us with irrigation and backflow experience. He has been in our apprentice program. Part of his training was to complete his backflow certification. He is now certified to test backflows in the tri-county area,” says Nelson Huggins of Rooter-Man Plumbing.

Rooter-Man can now provide more services to the families of the greater Charleston area dealing with the testing and prevention of backflow because of Spurzem’s continuing education. This means that we can provide a peace of mind that families are drinking safe water.
