Highly recommended this company and the technician Travis. He is very professional and explains everything to you. Also appreciate the same day response for a stressful water emergency.

Travis was INCREDIBLE! He came out and took a look at my ancient water heater and got it replaced for me right before the new year. GREATEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!

Dean has come to our home a couple times now to fix various issues. He always gets the job done, and in a timely manner. When there was a mysterious odor coming from our toilet, we weren’t sure if it was the toilet seat (an easier, cheaper fix) or if there was an issue with the flooring around the base of the toilet (definitely a more expensive fix). He could have easily started with the “tougher” fix and charged more, but instead he told us he would start with the easier thing first and take it from there. We definitely feel we can trust him, which can be hard to find.

First day in the house and toilets backed up everywhere. Travis was earlier than the appointment arrival time and immediately went into action. He found the problem quickly and took care of it! Excellent worker and great company. I highly recommend them and if you can..ask for Travis.
